What is nature-based spirituality?

Nature-based spirituality is a way of finding spiritual meaning, connection, and peace through a deep relationship with the natural world. It recognises a divine presence or intrinsic value in nature and can include practices like seasonal rituals, connecting with nature like in forests or lakes, and practicing mindfulness in natural settings. This approach finds meaning in the natural cycles of the year, fostering a sense of harmony with life and often involves a deep sense of reverence for the natural world.

What is Paganism?

Before Britain was Christian, we were Pagan. Paganism is a broad term for various nature-based, polytheistic religions that are rooted in pre-Christian traditions. It is characterised by a reverence for nature and the divine in the natural world, often including the worship of multiple gods and goddesses, and sees humans as part of nature.
