My interest in nature-based spirituality and holistic healing practices began when I was diagnosed with some chronic health conditions in my mid 20s due to negative past experiences in the workplace and personal life, and through my own healing I've learnt that having a deeper connection with nature and spirituality has helped improve not only my wellbeing but has also enhanced my personal growth and self-discovery.
Having an interest in being outdoors, medieval fantasy and crystals from a young age, I later came across a set of Norse runes in my late teens at a spiritual & wellbeing festival. I knew early on that this was the path for me.
In 2024 I had an awakening to many things in my life, and I realised that I was meant for bigger things. It was as if I finally understood why I've always been drawn to nature, the mountains, and Celtic & Norse spirituality - because it was always in my soul.
So in 2025, I created Solstice Spirituality.
