Holistic Wellbeing & Ancient Spirituality

Nature-based wellbeing involves using nature as a key component in promoting overall health and wellness. This approach integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of healing by engaging with nature through activities like outdoor therapy, herbal medicine, and mindfulness practices. The focus is on fostering a deep connection with the natural world, which can reduce stress and support personal growth. By embracing nature's healing properties, you can achieve a more balanced and harmonious state of being.

Nature was an integral part of daily life in ancient Britain. Going back to our roots and rediscovering ancient practices is important for remembering who we are as women.

Seasonally Themed Topics

The Sabbats are nature festivals in Paganism that mark the changing seasons, and are an integral part of nature-based spirituality. There will be plenty of resources that focus on each of the seasonal festivals to really enhance your spiritual practice.

  • An ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter.

  • An ancient Germanic, Norse, and Celtic winter festival marking the Winter Solstice.

  • An ancient Celtic festival to mark the beginning of spring.

  • A modern Pagan and Wiccan holiday celebrating the Spring Equinox, a time of balance when day and night are equal.

  • Also known as May Day, it is an ancient Celtic festival marking the beginning of summer.

  • The longest day of the year, marking the official start of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

  • A Gaelic festival that marks the beginning of the harvest season.

  • The Pagan and Wiccan celebration of the Autumn Equinox, marking the point when day and night are of equal length.

Say hello to your Mentor

Hi, I'm Alice and I run the Solstice Circle for women wanting to heal and find themselves again after past hurts and experiences made them lose themselves.

I use nature-focused holistic wellbeing and spirituality as an approach that integrates the healing power of nature but with a powerfully mystical twist: using the spiritual wisdom and practices of my ancestors, intertwined with my own personal experiences, to truly enhance and enrich your journey back to yourself.

When we step into our Divine Feminine power, we are powerful women. We reclaim our sense of self and become more aligned with our intuition, creativity, and compassion. This leads us on a journey of self-love and a stronger sense of purpose in life.
