Meet Alice
My love for nature has always been a part of my life, having grown up in the countryside of Mid Wales and later working abroad in the Austrian Alps.
After developing health issues from past negative experiences in my personal life and in the workplace, I turned to nature, holistic healing, and even spirituality as a way to heal from the lasting physical and emotional impact it had on me.
Through my own healing I've learnt that having a deeper connection with nature and nature-based spirituality has helped improve not only my wellbeing but also enhanced my personal growth.
The Summer Solstice of 2024 was the beginning of what turned into a spiritual catalyst that challenged me and changed everything, and it led me to finding my life’s purpose. ​So in 2025, I created Solstice Spirituality.
